As Many Rounds Possible in 12 minutes of:

Max Rep Push ups
Max Rep Pull ups(once you drop from bar you run)
400m Run

Count Total Reps of each and number of rounds to score


New month equals new goals. Think about what you want you want to achieve this year with your workouts, weight-loss/gain, strength and endurance. Work hard, commit to your program, and most importantly have fun.
