
We are starting a month long Max Effort Black Box program here at CrossFit Victory. I hope to see some serious gains by the end of this. Every Tuesday and Thursday will be a Max Effort lift day and we will add in Benchmark WODs.

I was almost positive I skipped a round. I looked at the camera footage and turns out I was right. hahaha
