Susannah had us run a mile first. 6:13.
Did some muscle ups, but still can't do em consecutively.

5,25 5,45 5,45 on the pullups.

Once again because Susannah called our manliness into question lol.

5,205 5,215 5,215 5,215 2,225 on the squats.

Completely unsuccessful with the muscle ups.
