Alright...Alright, the past two days were rough, lets work on strength.

then did:

30 push-ups (hands-up)
rope climb
21 OHS @ 95#'s

2 rounds

30 second rest then,

AMRAP :07
30 toes to bar
21 ground to overhead @ 95#'s

1 round + 25 T2B

... was good, felt worked

Felt good so I tried to go big. 350. Failed twice, but really really close.

Saw a lot of the eyes too big sydrome yesterday... go for 5-10# past PR folks!!
