What a Class!!!!

To everyone that has jumped aboard this CrossFit Throwdown train, keep up the good work, all of the trainers have seen unbelievable transformations in the past months.

Skill Work:

L-Hold Pull Ups

WOD:

10 Power Cleans (155/105lbs)

10 Burpees

200m Run

5 rounds for Time

All i can say is wow... I substituted a tire drag for the run and it kills! Good workout tho
