man I wish I made it this morning.. My schedule is all cock eyed now and I can never get to bed before midnight.... However Im not slacking too much cause I make the 630 pm class.....
Next week i should be back to normal at 6am...
Cant wait to do tonights hypox class and pass out...
Sorry AM crew but my body could not stand another day of cleans. With Grace on Sat and then more cleans of Tuesday I was DONE :(
My upper body was so sore that there was no way I was shrugging. And I already suck at that!

Pauly....just make sure you don't come to until after your head hits the ground...it won't hurt as much that way....BTW...I did 6 reps no breathing...probably could have done 10. But I think that could be a great contest we can start at the end of classes and have $1 skins.
