Burpee-Pull Up Intervals

5-4-3-2-1 min w/ 1 min rest.
If you can't do a pull-up, set the box up next to where you're doing burpees and you will do an extra step up.


Warm Up:

50 Deep Overhead Squats w/ PVC
20 Handstand push-ups or 40 non modified push-ups

Did 107 pull up burpee's....modified pull ups after 20.
