I want everyone to start keeping track of the workouts and maxes(lifts) if possible. Get a cheap notepad and start bringing it to class every time. This way you can keep track of progress, look back on your lifts(1 rep maxes, 5 rep maxes etc) and use them for future reference. I want everyone to see how much they are improving on paper, it keeps us motivated and lets us know how we are doing.

We are going to do "Fran" again in a few months, I want people to record their times.
