Strength:

Work up to a heavy set of 5 Floor Presses then use that weight for 5 sets(5x5)

Supine Ring Rows 3 sets of 10-15

MetCon:

Cindy Sprints
3minutes/1min Rest 4 Rounds

5 - Pull Ups
10 - Push Ups
15 - Air Squats

this does seem like a fun WOD, but I think i'm gonna take a rest day. Still havent made a final decision on that.

Hey Sean,
What is the best thing for nutrition. I have been looking at the paleo diet that is posted but I am a college student that doesnt really know where to get all of that kinds of food since im not from around here. What is something that I can make a lot of at one time because I never have time to cook all the stuff. I would really appreciate you advise thank you.

This workout will get you strong, and the met-con is fun, people were getting 16 rounds of Cindy in 12minutes of work....Pretty legit...

What are your goals? But here is a start.....

Grill meats, roast veggies, salads are good, deli meats, roasted yams. All these foods keep for days in the refrigerator with proper storage.

Trail mixes, nuts, dried fruits and beef jerky are also great for snacks paired with fruit.

Anything else don't hesitate to ask.
