The time is coming....We are going to be having a Paleo Nutrition Challenge starting January 10th next Monday. This will be a thirty day challenge to "transform your life"...The competition will be based on 1) Before and After Photos, 2) Measurements and 3) Fitness Progression. That being said...the workouts during these 30 days will be geared towards the challenge. I HIGHLY advise you to sign up, it will be fun, challenging and rewarding and we will go through it together as a group...not to mention cool prizes for the winners.

Great book for anyone who is interested, it even has a 30 day menu that you can follow during the challenge, how much easier can it get??? I just started reading it and it is great, NOT the normal dry reading of diet books.
