This is the 12 Days of Christmas Barbell Style. You start off with the first repetition at Deadlift and then before moving on to the Hang Power Cleans you must repeat the Deadlift. Then before going to the Front Squat you must repeat the DL and the HPC etc.

I wonder what that translates too in work capacity?
i was thinking of that or ft/lbs.
36:53...This is down about 11 minutes from last year 47:31 and over 30 minutes when i did this with Wags 2 years ago, at that time I stopped at 1hr and 5 mins because i couldn't finish the OH squats. This just goes to show if you stay consistent in your training you will make huge gains.
31 something at 45#. If i would have done the rx'd 65#, i would be crippled today. I'm still sore from this one. Brutal.
