20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats

3 mins rest in between each round

First day back at Victory! First round was 2:50, after that it was down hill! total time to include the 3 min rest time between rounds was 34:** (cant remember the exact time). One question, where's everybody at???

haha i can't believe you saw that. we took a picture the first day and when they were taking the pic me and 2 other guys were doing a chest to bar pull up (which would have looked cool), but i guess that picture didnt work or something so i was stuck in the back on the second day lame... great experience at the cert though!
