20 Overhead Walking Lunges w/ 45/25 lbs plate (10 each leg)

10 box jumps

10 Hang power clean 115/75

These WODs sound good. I hurt my back and it doesnt seem to want to heal. Really missing working out.

Took my PFT yesterday... 18:40 on the 3 mile course. Need to make up this WOD on the weekend.
