We weren't too sure what all the abbreviations meant so, we went with 555333 back squats.

185-195-205-225-245(2)-235

Then 4:18 on the burpee pull ups if I remember correctly.

Probably would have done like 100lbs more, but unfortunately Chris and his awesome coaching skills were not there this morning lol.

All the abbreviations means is ME= Max Effort LB= Lower body BS= backsquat.

Use the same percentages we used on Tuesday for 5x5 or 5-5-5-3-3-3 (both are close to 25 reps total)

55%, 63%, 70%, 77%, 85%

These percentages are from your 1RM= One rep max

I did this yesteray getting up to 330x5 for my last one.
