I wasn't sure on the rest so I just went with 1 minute b/w rounds. I have a hard time differentiating between some as strength and others full speed metcon.
I'm in the last few weeks of my deployment and decided to switch to your programming so that when I return home and reactivate my Victory membership I'll be (hopefully) in stride with ya'll.
B. 5 Intervals of: Clean & Jerk 5 reps (loading of 75% of body weight) Sprint 200 M. Rest Interval ~ Walk back to the barbell. Record your time for each interval.
Only got 3 intervals before KB class at 5:30. Used 135 pounds for C & J's.

First 4 rounds, 95 lbs.
5th round, 115 lbs.

3 rounds @ 115 had to drop to 95 because i couldn't get full extension on the press.

this was for weight capacity!!!...not for time!!! Take a good 3-5 mins in between rounds!!!

55-65-70-75-80 Was kinda hoping for 85 or 90 but that shit got real hard real fast.
Nice job!.... out of town for a week. I wanted to be there for the weight lifting portions to work up.. Oh well.
