Three Rounds for Reps

45 seconds on 15 seconds rest of:

1) Clean and Jerk (135/95)

2) Air Squats

3) Thrusters (95/65)

Rest 1 min between rounds.

Total is the amount of reps completed.


Make sure to set up you bar where you can take and put on rx'd weight.

Worked up to 3/290.

Got my Inzer Forever belt in the mail the other day and finally got to use it last night. Had been talking with Jeremy about using a belt and after reading this (http://www.70sbig.com/?p=884) decided to pick one up.

136 @ 75# for both c&j and thrusters. This wasn't easy that's for sure... but it was fun!
