15:15... 3:1 rope mod Good hard way to start the week!
35-20-4...Stopped on the last set. Didn't want to tear my hands up.9 2/3 rope climbs as RX. My forearms are killing me. Good workout.
Shoes = destroyed = :(
I hate ropes...and apparently they hate me too judging from the burn on my leg. :(
Gotta play with it and find the technique that doesn't destroy ur legs... shoes... and forearms r always gonna get rocked.:)
