Well look who showed his face in the CrossFit room.


Dips 3x12

WOD

12 Minute AMRAP

5 One Handed Overhead Squats Left Hand 45/30
5 One Handed Overhead Squats Right Hand 45/30
100 Yd Sprint

Grab a Kettlebell or Dumbell from upstairs.
If you drop the kettlebell or dumbell, you have to do 10 Burpees at that time.

Today was brutal, I already feel it in my legs. I accomplished 6 rounds while dropping the weight once. I never thought burpees would be such a relief.

Quit crying Jeremy, just suck it up. J/K, the crossfit room here in Misawa sucks! i'm limited so I've been modifying all workouts. Hope I don't fall behind too far. See you guys soon.
