Grab a Kettlebell or Dumbell from upstairs.
If you drop the kettlebell or dumbell, you have to do 10 Burpees at that time.

Today was brutal, I already feel it in my legs. I accomplished 6 rounds while dropping the weight once. I never thought burpees would be such a relief.

Instead of this wod, Steve and I are doing AMRAP bench press and hammer curls.
