All the trainers have seen huge transformations in the past few months in both lifts and metcons among all of you. Keep the intensity up and you will continue to break PR's. Take a look at this video of Gareth hitting a PR with a 495 deadlift.

30 seconds AMRAP of KB Swings (2/1.5 pood)
20 seconds rest
30 Seconds AMRAP of Burpees
