Starting out June with 2 PR's already. 1st my snatch and now Elizabeth. Two years of data that I'm comparing my times to... I have to contribute part or all of that to Paleo. If my fellow TD members want to see some gains, you might consider giving it a shot. Going on 4 months and it keeps getting better.

Audrey, that's rockin' about the paleo thing. Are you measuring too? I am getting back on soon...

There really is not a need to measure with paleo, Zone requires more measurement because of the weight/block ratio. Everyone did a killer job on this workout!

Susannah, no I'm really not measuring... I mean I try (and do a pretty good job) including quality protein at every meal but I'm not zoning it. I'm also keeping an eye on calorie input just to montior myself. Weight is coming off very very slowly, but my increased performance has been impressive.

Glad ur getting back on... that means our dinner date will be mutually Paleo :)
