For Time:
100 Thrusters 95/65

5 pull ups every min on the min

Rest Days
If you are training hard enough, you will need to rest once every 2 to 3 days. Following a 3-on/1-off schedule or even a 3-on/1-off/2-on/1-off schedule would serve to benefit you. Active recovery is great, go for a swim, a quick jog, or even a round of golf.

Hahahaha... I know what you mean. Yet I can't help myself, I HAVE to look.

100 thrusters is bad enough, the pullups on top of it are just a slap in the face Chris :p

A slap in the face = chisiled abs, that's why I do it for everyone

I hate missing out on crossfit so.. I did yesterdays workout. My max power clean was 245 jumped to 265 and failed. My WOD wasn't impressive I blew my load to quick like always... 7.57 I didn't have Cristian or Mike to chase so I believe I could of done better. I am not going to lie I was scared to do today's workout by myself. I think I would of just quit.
Need crossfit peeps to keep me going.
