
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerk the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerk the third minute.... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed.
Sleep
Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night. During sleep, your body releases a chemical cocktail that will help enhance your recovery and give you the greatest benefit from your training. Completed 6 min at 135lbs then failed the 7th min. 5 more rounds of 3 reps. Thanks for the push Chris.

I had a crazy long work day in oc yesterday... Chris saved my butt. Btw I kicked my coffee addiction peeps!! No more withdrawls headaches!!!

Thought I'd liven this place up and start posting my WOD results. I'm currently following along with Crossfit.com and throwing in some skill work as a warmup.

Double-unders, 20 reps

B. 5 rounds for time of:
5 Muscle-ups
135 pound Power Clean, 10 reps
Run 220 meters
Time: 25:55
