For some reason I am super sore this week, so this WOD, on day 4, just seems really really mean Chris.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME... Chris... im protesting this workout cuz i think its only fair that i shouldve gotten to pick out this workout cuz its my bday! :)
Im taking christinas side on this one!

Chris don't feel bad. She isn't even going to do the WOD today anyway. I just realized this is Mini Murph. I feel much better now :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY MINI! xox

Chris.. btw..I changed the wod to 150 squats for keeping in the 1/2 murph image...sooowwwwyyy
