Max rounds and reps in Fifteen minutes of:

4 Handstand push-ups

8 Overhead Weighted Step Ups (45/25) (4 each leg)

12 Knees to Elbows

If you cannot do a HSPU, work on handstand holds, 3 seconds is one rep.
