We will be adding more OLY Lifts before our daily WODs. If you are unsure of the movements please watch the videos under 'exercises and demos' before coming to class to get a better idea.

Back Squat- 3 sets of 5

10, 9, 8.....2, 1

- .75 BW Power Clean

- Burpees


Dont fall back into poor eating habits...it is a new year. Keep your diets in-check.

My diet is in total check. I started paleo on Sunday. It's rough to follow at work but so far I have turned down cookies chocolate donuts and gold fish. This better be worth it :)

Oly lifts are snatch & c&j I believe. Rest are lifts/ power lifts. We will b doing more of each.

Mel,

I am hella proud of you... I dont know how things are going because you ditched my Saturday Class, but I hope the diet is working wonders for you. Dont forget that the transition phase sucks but once your body is free from toxins you feel so much better. I have added a buch of recipe sites to the right of the page to help you out if you need new ideas for meals. Let me know how things are going, you better be there on Saturday...

I am looking forward to more lifting often. I am bummed I will miss todays WOD maybe I will do it tomorrow on my own. Power Cleans are one of my favorites.

Thanks Chris. I will definitely be using the sites. I have to admit though, I went to sushi tonight and had good intentions but then HAD to have some of my friends roll. Oh well I will be back in it tomorrow. And I didn't ditch Saturdays. I have been working and out of town. Don't worry I will be there this week though.
