so i seriously struggled with this WOD today.. who knew that NOT working out for 4 months could completely diminish your endurance and make u feel like death. UGH! glad to be back though!

Yah... I can't wait until this feeling goes away. My jumping pull-ups were seriously a joke and my row time soared.

Dont worry two weeks and it will be easy again(or not, but it is always fun)...I am glad that i will have my Saturday crew back again
