Its still not too late to get in kick ass shape for summer.

I will be there tomorrow morning...hopefully it wont require me to move my legs b/c they are sore!

i have been reading the blog from my blackberry, but have no home internet.

I skipped this workout. Ill probably make it up this weekend.

Double fran was tough. it took me 14.37 w/ 65lbs

I did the 150 wall balls with only 15 lbs. It took me 6:40. Next time, I'll do it with 20 lbs.
