Just a note to you guys, wear pants for the rope climbs if you can. I did the Hang Squat Clean and Rope Climb WOD from the main site last week and have some nice rope burn on my leg.

Thanks...but too late....I pulled a scab and 2 new burns...

Did it in 26: something...20 seconds? Pettered out on the rope climbes and was all over the place..almost fell twice.

Looking forward to no arms tomorrow!

Good job Audrey! YOu killed the last rope climb.

Ok... this kicked my ass big time. 115# front squats are NO FUN at all. Pretty much had to do them one at a time to maintain proper form. Thanks for making me do the weight as rx'd Susannah. And 9 ascend declines for mod rope climb was tiring. I feel super exhausted now :(
