Josh... It's one minute on and then you move on to the next exercise. After u complete all, you rest for one minute and repeat the circuit. Basically you have 3 chances to rack up points. Add up all of your reps for each exercise for all 3 rounds and that's your FGB score.

I've got to leave early tomorrow for a toast masters speach....so I've got to be out the door by 7:50 am.
Oh...and by the way...I feel like Mr. Clean I'm so good at Cleans now!...except for the earing.

This was grueling!!!! I'm sore and it's not even the day after yet...yikes.
My score was 222....I demanded a recount but alas...no go.
Nice job Mike! 204 for me using a 10# ball. Props to Susannah putting up a 328!!
