Wall-ball 20 pound ball (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump 20 box (Reps)
Push-press 75 pounds (Reps)
Burpees - (Reps)


1 Minute on each exercise x3 rest is 1 minute.

Is this a circuit or do 3x each exercise then move on?

Josh... It's one minute on and then you move on to the next exercise. After u complete all, you rest for one minute and repeat the circuit. Basically you have 3 chances to rack up points. Add up all of your reps for each exercise for all 3 rounds and that's your FGB score.

This was grueling!!!! I'm sore and it's not even the day after yet...yikes.

My score was 222....I demanded a recount but alas...no go.
