10 rounds of Speed Squat on the minute 3 Squats @50-65% of 1rm
Try for maximum speed out of the bottom

MetCon:

10 - Power Snatches (55/95)
Wall Sprint

3 Rounds for time

Hey Sean havnt been to a class yet with wall sprints. Could you explain what they are and how to / how long you do them for during the workout. Thanks bro.

Sure, so you basically perform your 10 snatches, then run to the wall at the end of the parking lot, run back and do this 3 times for the workout. The workout "SQT" is very similar.
