15 Clean & Jerk
No time limit, the weight cannot be rested on the ground. Resting at the hang,
rack, or overhead is O.K. At the ground, the athlete must touch and go. Technique is
otherwise not critical.
Scoring: The score is exactly the load lifted.
Modifications: There are no modifications needed for this test.

115# then 7:22 on the 400 meter walking lunges.
yup same here. 115#...finally. After 13 reps of 135#, damn.
Did some 1RM PC up to 255# (tied my PR) missed 265 like 3x...lol.
did the x 15 @ 165#. I made 12 points off of todays and 12 off yesterday... so I'm at 24 points for two days.
anyone else keeping track. I highly suggest going to the PDF file to read it. The next couple days are going to be very difficult..:(
