250 lunges (125 each leg)

Any order, teammates can work at different stations.

A. Mobility WOD (http://mobilitywod.blogspot.com/):
Hold bottom of Squat for 10 minutes.

Note: Had to break up a few times and hold onto squat rack. Eventually would like to do this without holding onto anything.

Time: 27:09 (Last time I did this: 30:48)
Note: I hate this WOD. The rope climb's smoke me.
