I recommend everyone start your diets back up Paleo or Zone whichever you choose find something that works.

That is awesome. I am excited for another challenge and this one I will be able to take part in along with everyone else. Yay!! Now, question is zone or paleo since I have had success with both? I will have to think about this :)
This fitness test is nuts. I was looking at the final way to score yourself and I determined that I may be lucky to be on the chart they use.
But now im excited to do it and see how crappy I am so I have motivation
