95 pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 Ring push-ups

Chris wanted me to say something about Missy being a bad ass... is she responsible for this WOD Chris???

Worked up to 1/140.

B. How many rounds can you complete in 15:00?
5 Deck Power Cleans, 135 pounds
10 Single Leg Squats (aka Pistols) 5/side
15 Double Unders

Rounds= 5 + 10 BSS's
Note: Sub'd Bulgarian Split Squats with 16kg KB's for Pistols. I'm still not convinced that Pistols are worth the time/effort.....but I'm open to debating this.
