Warm Up: 15 - 10 - 5 Handstand Pushups, Ring Dips

Work Capacity: Running Complex: 7 rounds for time:
1 x Bar Bell Complex (105#)
400 M run

Barbell complex: 6 reps each, of deadlift, hang squat clean, front squat, push press and back squat.

Time = 38:56

Durability: Max sit-ups in 3 minutes.

Sit-ups= 91

Note: Sub'd 65 pounds for Barbell Complex. Wanted to get through this without having to break up the reps. Runs were outside.
