I kinda took it easy today knowing that I would run my PFT today. I got 5 rounds 2/3 couldn't pull off the last couple SDHP. I am nervous and excited to do my PFT.
My goal is to run my 3 mile in 19:00 min hopefully I can pull it off.

Suannah, Susannah your words haunt me today. I have never felt so good running my PFT till today I felt lighter and faster than ever. At my 1.5 mile mark I was a 7.26 sec felt great. Then the ole might wall hit me eventually finished at 19:18 I blew it.... But now I am confident that I can run it in 1830 or faster. I maxed out the rest of course 20 dead hang pull-ups 100 crunches. Overall I got a 292 out of 300. I know I can do better if not perfect.
