Dear Wednesday 6:30 class,
Sorry for substituting "JT" the day before Chris scheduled this WOD.

Sincerely,

Since we're doing ring dips I thought we might want to check out this vid that was on mainsite today. Covers the ring dip in depth and how to perform correctly. Quality over quantity!

I totally agree with the quality over quantity thing... Always like to see full rom over quick 1/2 dips.

How come you subbed jt? Running in the rain is good for you.

Random right? Sometimes u get two days of dips...

Chris said...

Agree with Susannah, running in the rain fulfills 2 of 10 domains... balance and coordination

I gave the class the option of sub'ing since running backwards in the rain seemed a little more risk than reward. If it were on a track that'd be one thing but on the street is another.

JT seemed to work since everyone got a lot of work on HSPU's.

It also fulfills the domain of getting run over by a car pulling into Romantix

I'm glad u sub'd it John... That workout was fun n you did a really great job helping everyone with their HSPU's n double unders!! Fun class! :)

plus.. It's pretty dangerous to run in the dark, in the rain, backwards, dodging cars along the way.
