I may have to come do this after my trail run.On another note: you guys think the hawaii sectionals were better set up, but their standards for stuff sucked. ie: no hip or even sometimes knee extension on box jumps
they were still badass, 10 135lb Overhead squats straight, 225 squat clean and jerk.
I am envious of them for sure!
The standards slip no matter what event you are at, it really depends on the judge you get.
