The name says it all. I grew about a quarter of an inch of chest hair after this one. 41: and change with 40's
30:30@ 30#'s .... hungover. Almost met pukie
25:58 using 30#' DB's and jump between bar and ring pull ups... Still getting used to the elevation here...Missing you guys and the gym Yo!Hope your guys zone/Paleo Challenge is coming well... Very hard to eat that way with the food here... Paleo Kits and Muscle milk for me ! hehe

The challenge is really really hard. Esp cuz I am big fa of deserts and not being able to eat nuts (seems like all the good food has nuts in it) makes it really really hard. but its almost over!! Where are you at right now.. what part of the world?
