Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

This is a mandatory workout for everyone competing in the challenge.

Gonna do this despite my back. I'll just go light- kinda defeats the purpose of Total but what can I do??? Messed up!

You were right Jeremy, my back is a bit sore today! Icy hot and my ibuprofen were my best friends last night.
