Nice WOD.. I just did this:snatch balance 2x3 2x2 2x1got up to 175 on last sets of 1...back squat.. same series .. finished at 325..did this metcon..5 rounds:15 deadlift @ 18515 pushups (used those handle-thingies)15 pullups100m rowlike 12:07damn..I'm out of Metcon shape bro..
