If you were unable to complete 'Murph' yesterday do so today.

'Murph'

1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Be sure to time it.

Wanted to post some further description on this.

Our 4 laps around the gym is a lil' short. If you go and make a left instead of a right (on the way to taco bell), go about 15 yards (or to the lil' driveway for the hotel), then turn around and do the normal lap.

For "murph" you can do the middle portion however you like. You can do it "Angie" style, which means 100 pull-ups, then 200 push-ups, then 300 squat. Or you can do "Cindy" style *easier in my opinion* and do 20 rounds of 5-10-15 respectively. Even 10 rounds of 10-20-30 if you like. Just make sure you complete all before moving back on to the run.
