30 - Box Jumps
30 - V Ups
30 - Turkish get ups (15 Each Side)
30 - Slam Balls
30 - Knees to Elbows
60 - Overhead Lunges (45/25lb) (30 Each Leg)

Serious, I almost cried seeing it like that last night. Considering the amount of sweat and tears that went into bringing that thing online....

when i go on the crossfit website there are no demos for a lot of the exercises u have on here ie) v ups, turkish get ups, etc. where can i go to see demos of there exercises?

Bhabe,
Try youtube for any exercise demos you can't find. I use that with some exercises and you can usually find something that will give you a good idea of what to do.
