Did anyone else notice that this site is now directly linked to from the Crossfit.com Affliate Page? Does that mean we're official now?

Also, Double under's suck. But clean bars and walls (and when I finish them, clean rowers) don't suck.

Agree with Wags. DUs are key. 100 before anything else is sweet. 50 at then end of "Filthy 50"... no so much.
