REST DAY

Today Nate and I did the 'Lumberjack 20' here is the background:

On Nov. 5 at 1:34 p.m., a terrorist named Major Nidal Hasan attacked fellow soldiers and civilians at Fort Hood, Texas. When the shooting ended, he had killed 12 soldiers and one civilian and wounded 43 others.

Spc. Frederick Greene, 29, of Mountain City, Tennessee, Pfc. Aaron Thomas Nemelka, 19, of West Jordan, Utah, Pfc. Michael Pearson, 22, of Bolingbrook, Illinois, and Spc. Kham Xiong, 23, of St. Paul, Minnesota, along with eleven of the wounded were active CrossFitters in the 20th Engineer Battalion, home to Lumberjack CrossFit.

This workout is in honor of these soldiers, one month after the murderous rampage.

Well we didnt take one but it looked something like this....

I fell to the ground, and was holding my side in pain because I decided to eat a full breakfast at Zanzibar before doing this WOD, Nate on the other hand came up to me and told me what a good WOD it was and then proceeded outside to throw-up (no i did not get a picture). Overall the the WOD was kick-ass and i recommend doing it on Sunday if it is not your off day.

Good Job to the both of u two.. u guys are kick ass! Glad u both were at bfast too.. i always look forward to our Saturday Breakfast!

20 KB swings (2pood)

20 Overhead Squats (115lbs)

20 Burpees

20 Pullups (Chest to Bar)

20 Box jumps (24")

20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each)

That work out was bad ass. those are the work outs I like, the kined that's stress you out before you even start haha. So when you get done you really feel like you've accomplished something and can say "I did that".
