"One Thousand"
100 Air Squats
100 Burpees
100 Double Unders
100 Tire Flips
100 Walking Lunges w/ 25# Overhead
100 Push Ups
100 Wall Balls (20#/16#)
100 Kettle Bell Swings (1.5/1 pood)
100 Sit Ups
100 Kettle Bell Pop Ups
This is a team WOD. Ideally teams should
be no more than 2 or 3. Only 2 people are
allowed to be working on the exercise at a
time. The team can not move on to the next
exercise until all 100 reps have been
completed.
