If I can't do the workouts as Rx'ed, I can at least get the comment ball rolling...

I did the 50 burpees (no deadlifts) in 6:05. Yes, I cut out the deadlifts and it still took me 6 minutes - leave me alone.

and for the record if you would have told me yesterday that 4min and 39sec of activity would completely wipe me out for the rest of the day, i would have laughed. tell me now, and ill whole heartedly agree with you!

you guys did awesome today.
What I forgot to mention, that workout was from the Crossfit Games in 2008...the weight was adjusted a little bit. I think the winners were doing it under 3mins.
Great work today!
How's everyone's eating habits these days??
