I came on to say -1 for whomever is supposed to update the blog and I was presently surprised to see a new comment by Katie.

Katie - as much fun as that sounds (can people sense sarcasm over the internet?), I can barely walk from the team Murph WOD Thursday morning, which was followed up swim practice Thursday night.

One day I would like to be able to complete Murph on my own, but right now I'm walking like a newborn dear after 1/2 a Murph.

well my shoulder is hurt right now so i cant do anything but legs and well, lets just say im getting bored, however...stairs are NOT boring, they hurt. a lot.
