Blisters were killin me in that workout. Should I be wrapping them up on deadlift workouts? Most of the breaks I took were because it felt like they were all about to rip off. I tried changing my grip several times, but only helped for another lift or two.
Forrest, I'm not sure if you were or not but try one overhand and one underhand. Also make sure that you keep your hands shaved down regularly. Makes a big difference. Good work today though, heavy weight.

I like this one but struggled with it. I guess it takes time to get back into things.
Okay I hit a great PR on this one... 6:36 at 135#. My last time was 8:40 at 125# in January. Pretty stoked :)
I also shaved 1:40 off my mile since January.
